Vent Panel Materials Specification: The frame is made from aluminum alloy 6063-T4 per AMS-QQ-A-200/9. The core material is made fromAluminum honeycomb Alloy MIL-C-7438. The gasket materials that go around the vent panel are neoprene sponge per ASTM-D-6576 or Silicone Solid Grey or Orange per A-A-59588. There also is Silicone Sponge per AMS-3195. The Aluminum Wire per AMS-4182 / 5056 Alloy .005 wire diameter. The Monel Wire per QQ-N-281 .0045 wire diameter. NEDC can also supply Sn/Cu/Fe per ASTM-B-520 .0045 wire diameterConductive MIL-G-83528. The finishing options are Chromate Coating MIL-C-5541 Class 1 and 3 (Clear or Gold), Tin Plating ASTM-B-545, Electroless Nickel AMS-C-26074 and Cadmium AMS-QQ-P-416.
